Soi 19 Thai Wanton Mee

Opens from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Soi 19 Thai Wanton Mee is where you go to get your weekly fix for Thai wanton noodles. There’s often a long queue at the restaurant, but every second you spend waiting will be worth it once you indulge on noodles generously seasoned with lard. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh

Their must-tries include the authentic bak kut teh, Pork Tenderloin Braised Pig’s Trotter, Braised Pork Belly and a lot more.

Opens daily at 7 am (except for the last Tuesdays of each month), Enaq is mostly popular for its crispy Roti Prata usually served with curry and sambal. Everything you crave for from an Indian cuisine restaurant is available at Enaq, from Thosai Masala, Maggie Goreng to their famous Egg Prata.

Padi Emas Coffeehouse

Opens daily at 6 am, Padi Emas Coffeehouse is a one-stop spot to get a taste of different cuisines from Indian, Chinese, Malay to Western. For Muslims who have been dying to try Bak Kut Teh, they have the opportunity to do so here since one of the Muslim vendors came up with his own halal version of Bak Kut Teh. So, don’t worry if your colleagues won’t like the food if you invite them here since there’s always something for everyone.

Tolido’s Espresso Nook

If you are craving something totally different from the previous recommendation, visit Tolido’s Espresso Nook, best known for their artisan coffee and latte art. They open daily at 8 am and serve an all-day breakfast menu, so worry not if you accidentally sleep in. Their must-tries include Flat White using beans from Yahava, Prawn Laksa Pasta, Rosti with Smoked Bratwurst and Peppermint Mocha.

From Jurong East to Bugis Credit

  1. Take the train from Jurong East MRT station to Bugis MRT station
  2. From the MRT walk across to Victoria Street adjacent to Bugis Junction
  3. Walk straight and turn left to Middle Road right after Bugis Junction
  4. Continue walking and turn left at the first exit onto North Bridge Road
  5. Arrive at Bugis Cube, Bugis Credit is located at #02-12
